Peak Dental Care – Teeth Whitening Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Peak Dental Care.
Eligibility:
- Competition is open to patients aged 16 years and over.
- Patients must complete any dental service at Peak Dental Care between 1 November and 23 December 2025 to receive one automatic entry.
Prize Details:
- Two (2) winners will each receive:
- One (1) free Philips Zoom In-Chair Whitening session, and
- One (1) electric toothbrush.
- Total prize value is approximately RRP $700 per winner.
- Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection:
- Two (2) winners will be drawn at random on 24 December 2025.
- Winners will be notified via email and/or mobile using the contact details provided to the clinic.
Prize Conditions:
- Whitening appointment must be booked on a weekday only.
- Prize must be redeemed by 31 March 2026.
- Winners are responsible for attending their booked appointment.
- Standard dental suitability checks apply. If a winner is medically unsuitable for whitening, Peak Dental Care may offer an alternative treatment of similar value at its discretion.
General:
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Peak Dental Care reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required.
